Class A Crate. Baltic Birch plywood, premium pine. Pine framing is biscuit joined, paneling is glued and crown stapled to pine framing. Phillips head screws are only used on panel(s) that need to be removed for un-crating of piece, star-drive are used everywhere else to avoid confusion. 1/2" foam sheathing integrated to interior. All edges are rounded-over and all surfaces are sanded to 150 grit for a pleasant handling experience.
